License Key Restrictions: Redistribution, unauthorized sharing, or resale of the license key is strictly forbidden and will result in license termination. Our products must not be utilized in association with any “Installation Services” or “Setup Services,” as these actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a violation of the license terms. Unauthorized use will lead to license revocation.
Knowledge Base: Webenvo offers a range of manuals, articles, and tutorials designed to facilitate the use of the licensed product. While many of these resources are available at no cost, we reserve the right to charge for access to certain additional documents.
Payment and Subscription Terms

Automatic Subscription Renewal
Our products are available for purchase under an automatically renewing subscription model. These subscriptions renew annually on the anniversary of the original purchase date. This automatic renewal policy applies to all our paid products, except those that are accompanied by a lifetime license, which do not require renewal.
Subscription Management
Subscriptions to Webenvo licenses can be canceled at any time. To cancel, simply reach out to our support team. Please note that upon cancellation, you will no longer receive updates or support for the product once the current license period expires.
Should you decide to renew your subscription after cancellation, and after your extension license has lapsed, the renewal will be charged at the current price listed for the extension license at that time. We are unable to apply previous pricing to any new renewal purchases.

Refund Policy

- We reserve the discretion to decline a refund request if it is deemed necessary under certain circumstances.

- Please be aware that our refund policy does not extend to renewal payments. A notification email will be sent two weeks before your subscription renewal date, providing you with the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is processed, should you decide not to continue with our services.

Product Delivery Policy

The ability to re-download purchased files is contingent upon the validity of your license key. Should your license key expire, access to associated files will be suspended until the license is renewed.
